点评：Gavin was our private guide for just my wife and I. He met us at the airport in Johannesburg, we went to lunch and he dropped us off at our hotel. The next morning we flew to Hoedspruit and Gavin picked us up again (he drove his vehicle there). We stayed at Pelwana Lodge (very beautiful in private reserve with their own animals). We did a game drive and had an amazing outdoor dinner.
The next 5 days Gavin took us sightseeing in the area, starting with breakfast at the lodge, and a full packed agenda each day, including a lunch at amazing restaurants and dinner back at the lodge. We really enjoyed having Gavin as our private guide, we felt very safe all the time and he knows all the locals, they were all very friendly, and Gavin knows everything about each of the animals we saw. We learned a lot from him.
Then we drove into Kruger National Park and stayed at Skukuza Lodge for 3 nights. Each morning we woke up early and did game drives and saw amazing animals (including the big 5).
We highly recommend African Journey Safari. It’s a worry-free experience, with all local flights booked, lodges booked, all meals and drinks included. and full itinerary with private guide. Can’t wait to do it again.
