EXCELLENT RETURN VISIT - 30 YEARS OF PROGRESS

点评：VERY IMPRESSIVE GARDEN
I spent time in the area 30 years ago when the Old Garden was overgrown and dark & crowded, the veg garden was a derelict mess, no tennis courts, no admission to the Manor House, and second rate cafe and limited shop.
What a transformation over the past thirty years!
The Old Garden is hugely improved and now includes access to to East Court and through the Maple Garden. There is access to the ground floor of the Manor House including a brilliant exhibition space, and the cafe and shop are refreshed and inviting.
The garden was suffering a little in September from the tough year of limited rainfall, but the addition of an impressive Sculpture Exhibition throughout many parts of the garden was a huge boost and included in the admission price.
Well done NT, an excellent job over the past 30 years and look forward to more to come.
