Saltram Gardens (National Trust)的点评
点评：Saltram Gardens and Park is a peaceful 18th century National Trust estate, set within several hundred acres of parkland and woodland on the outskirts of Plymouth.
There are multiple walking paths to explore leading onto the riverside path.
Parking is available (free for National Trust members) and there’s also a café and gift shop on site.
We began our trail from the car park, wandered around the cafe and house and then headed straight into the woodland.
The circular walk took us just over two hours and along the way we spotted spring wildflowers in bloom, tranquil ponds tucked between the trees and plenty of birds about.
The walk is exciting and full of little surprises and leads on to Saltram’s little beach overlooking the River Plym.
Saltram Park is perfect for anyone who loves nature, dog walking, cycling and just enjoying the surroundings.
