Beautiful place, a lack of staff and very poorly organised

点评：Nice venue, but the New Years Eve fireworks event was badly organised and understaffed, very underwhelming considering the price.
We bought 20 tokens (€50) for our children to go on the mini snowmobiles (5tokens per ride), but when we walked up the hill there was only one snowmobile, it kept breaking down, and the queue made it obvious our children wouldn’t get a turn with a large queue when we got there. I asked for a refund as soon as this was clear and before the event ended, but was told to email instead.
After the fireworks, all pre-booked taxis were cancelled and replaced with an unmanaged queue system that failed completely (agreed between the venue and local taxi companies). Families — including us with four young children (aged 6–11) — were left waiting in –27°C, in an isolated area, with no information and no idea when transport would arrive. We asked a staff member where the warm waiting area was (one they mentioned earlier) and were given no guidance at all — the response was dismissive and rude.
When this was raised later, the venue blamed attendees and said four staff were ill. For an event of this size, that simply highlights the lack of a contingency plan. A refund was also refused unless I returned the tokens in person (a €100 taxi trip).
Would not recommend for large events with small children.
