Terrible experience with them, and they still owe us money

点评：What started out pretty well, turned out to be pretty terrible experience for us. We booked a 7 day Kilimanjaro trek with them for two of us, and after the trek we have also booked an additional 2 day safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro. However, we cannot really recommend to anyone this agency, based on our experience.
- we booked a "group" joining 7 day Machame route for Kili ascent. What they did not tell us was that the group was only just the two of us, so we had to pay all the tips for the porters ourselves (1000 USD extra, normally if you are part of a group it is more like 250-300 USD per person)
- for the Safari, we booked it last minute with them, and we specifically asked if we would be in the Ngorongoro crater early morning (6am-9am), because that is when the lions typically are hunting. We were assured that we would be, but in the end we only arrived there ~11am, and unsurprisingly, the lions were all pretty much hiding.
- the worst part, on the last day of our trip, the agency was supposed to organize the transfer for us back to the airport (it is included in the Kilimanjaro trek price). However, they completely ghosted us. We tried calling them 10 times that day, and they did not reply. After all the stress, we had to book and pay the transfer ourselves (80 USD). The agency still has not paid us back our money, even after we have requested it from them!!!!
