NOT Recommended for a More Premium / Nicer Experience; Possibly Okay for a Budget Experience

点评：TL;DR STAY AWAY! Don't use Burigi if you want a better experience. They may be okay for a more budget experience, but no guarantees based on our short experience with them.
We booked Burigi Chato for a transfer - they physically transferred us, but that's where the goodness ended. We plan to go back to Africa and won't be using Burigi Chato again.
We were very disappointed in the vehicle used. I never haggled on price, and I was told to go with the Land Cruiser 4x4 for "the most comfortable and enjoyable journey, excellent comfort, spacious seating". Sadly, we were very disappointed. While our driver was fine, the vehicle was terrible. We suffered through a FOUR HOUR transfer with no AC and windows down in hot and dusty conditions. We were told the AC didn't work - how are you driving vehicles around in the shoulder / low season that don't work properly in such heat?! To make things worse there were quite a few cracks on the dirty windshields. I'm so glad we didn't choose them for our African adventures, I would have been very disappointed in the product.
Our friends are already asking us about our trip, and we've also told them to avoid Burigi Chato if they are looking for a more comfortable and premium experience. Once we were transferred to our &Beyond vehicles, we could immediately see the difference in experience. Well maintained vehicles in top condition with everything fully working. In case you're wondering, Burigi knew the company we were transferring to and knew our expectations (and I gave them multiple opportunities to decline our business as we were fine looking for other options).
