点评:We took a trip up to the halfway point. On our return we went to where we had been dropped off and waited behind the gate. When the train approached the EXTREMELY rude driver told us to cross to the other side, in a very offhand manner. We held up our ticket to indicate we wanted to get on the train, and he ignored us and told us again to cross to the other side! We were very confused, but did as we were 'ordered' to do. Whilst doing this he 'barked' orders at us to wait at the platform, we were then ordered to get on the train. I told him that his customer service manner needed some work and that there are no signs to indicate what we were supposed to do, for safety we were waiting at the gates. He was so obnoxious and didn't care about ruining our experience, which it did, because we were so shocked and shaken up, that we couldn't enjoy the journey. I told him it was our first time and it wasn't clear what to do. He had zero empathy and customer care. The only other 2 people on the train were also outraged on our behalf and came with us to complain at the office. I would NEVER travel on this railway again. This should be an enjoyable experience, money is tight and this was a,'treat' ruined by the rudest man I've ever encountered.
