点评：This is a pretty expensive visit but as its’ a charity, I decided to go ahead as there’s no other way to see inside. It was well worth the money as the Pavillion has been restored and has plenty of interesting rooms to see, several of them truly spectacular. The ticket is annual so you can visit as many times as you like which also makes it good value if you have time for multiple visits. My only gripe was the lack of any meaningful information in the rooms and the reliance on audio guides. You pay less to have it on your phone but then loads of people are listening to their phones without headphones and everyone else can hear them which detracts from the experience considerably. I luckily also missed some of the big groups touring the building so if you like to visit in relative peace and quiet, perhaps call ahead to avoid peak visiting times for groups.
