Africa Alive的点评
点评：After over an hour and a half travelling we got to africa alive. The carpark was quiet and entering there were only a few people before us which made it easy to enter. The cashier asked my grandson if he wanted to do the zoo trail and at the end of completing he would get a medal being 5 he said yes and also for his little cousin to then be told that it was £1 per child which i could not upset him by saying no but it would of been nice to have it explained to the adult first and not ask a child as the child wasn't paying.
Upon entering we saw the rhinos running around which my grandson loved to watch.
We saw a few animals near the entrance then went to get a hot drink and some food to find out that the only place open the food menu had not available on it. We thought we would see more animals and make our way to the other food place only to find it closed. There were hardly any animals to see most of the enclosures had a notice on stating it was empty. A very disappointing visit after looking forward to taking my family there as we had a lovely time when we visited when my children were younger and wanted my grandchildren to enjoy it which they did not nor did we. As it is partner with banham zoo I thought it would be as good. Never will we waste money visiting here again we will stick to banham zoo as they do have animals and not empty enclosures.
