埃克塞特大教堂的点评
点评：The cathedral is impressive but hard to understand because both the audio guide and map are out-of-date. The map has incorrect numbers so you listen to a text that doesn’t match what you’re seeing. Both map and audio guide reference special “must-see” artifacts that are NOT in the cathedral anymore!
The volunteer ladies on duty are aware that this is a problem. I felt badly for them but appreciated that one said she “would bring a photo from home” when other tourists came with the same issue (so I guess it keeps happening)!
The paid employee at the cash was completely unhelpful and blasé about my observations.
I paid half-price because it was Sunday. That was the positive point.
It’s too bad because this could have been a great tour. Instead I felt like once they had my money they didn’t care what happened. Lesson learned!

真可惜，这本可以是一场很棒的游览体验。结果却感觉他们一旦收了钱，就不再在乎后续如何了。这次经历给我上了宝贵的一课！
