圣马丁教堂的点评
点评：I visited on February 18th with a large group of young people from Spain. We had been there last year and wanted to return, but unfortunately we didn’t have a reservation this time. When we arrived, everything was fully booked due to a light show event, and it seemed impossible for a big group like ours to be accommodated.
However, a staff member named Jimmy completely changed our experience. He welcomed us warmly, was incredibly attentive, and went out of his way to find a solution for us. Despite how busy it was, he managed to arrange tables for our group outside in another area at the last minute.
He also made sure we were comfortable despite the cold weather. He brought us two large jars of water for the table, and since it was quite cold, he even provided a big outdoor heater so we could enjoy our time. His attention to detail was truly impressive.
The service he provided was absolutely amazing—truly 5 out of 5 stars. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. We even noticed him assisting in other areas, including near the restrooms, showing that he is a very versatile and hardworking team member.
Jimmy is an outstanding member of your staff. If possible, he would be a great person to mentor others—especially young staff—on how to properly welcome guests and deliver an excellent hospitality experience.
