点评：Fantastic place to do your Divemaster Training!
I spent two months with Peri Peri doing my DMT and can't imagine doing it anywhere else. They prioritise learning through doing - if a boat went out, I was on it. You're given responsibility early on, and the variety of diving conditions meant that by the time I left, I genuinely felt prepared for almost any situation underwater.
Beto V was an amazing instructor (as were the 2 other Beto's), and the thorough debriefs after each dive meant I developed quickly while also learning all the theory and skills needed to work in a dive centre. The team strikes a great balance between giving you responsibility and making sure you're supported, which helped build both my confidence and competence as a diver.
The atmosphere was incredible as well. Travelling halfway around the world can be daunting, but everyone was extremely welcoming from the moment I arrived, and I know I've made friends for life there.
And last but not least, the diving is incredible! Whale sharks, mantas, reef sharks... but also some unbelievable macro life and fish populations that never seems to get mentioned. Every dive felt different, and there was always something new to see. They also give you an opportunity to work at their other dive centre in Morrungulo where I saw tiger sharks!
A big thank you to Nick, Steve and Beto for being such good mentors and for running such an amazing shop in tough conditions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to complete my Divemaster training - I'm sure I will be back!
