点评：Rude is an understatement.
We travelled a long way to Mablethorpe with children who are neurodivergent, and on arrival desperately needed the toilet as did myself. We stopped at the cinema to use the toilet, there was no staff present on arrival, so we made our way to the toilets. Once in the toilets the older lady that works here pushed the door open and verbally abused us and tried removing my children without me. When telling her my children just needed the toilet and that I was having a period and had leaked through do to a medical problem, she replied that it wasnt her problem and we had no right to be in there, she continued to try and kick us out and became very intimidating. On coming out the toilet, we were told we would have to pay for using the toilet which I had absolutely no problems with, the staff members then implied that we wouldn't pay, I told them I just needed to get my bank cards from the car and I would come back and pay... with this the male staff member started recording myself and my underage neurodivergent children whilst also demanding that I leave my children there with them until I come back. This is no way acceptable and is no way to treat the public or customers. I did return and pay the £1.60 for using the toilet but was told by the older lady staff member that using card was not ideal and that her toilets were not for the general public to use. She told us she deals with people like us all the time...
I would gladly say that if that is how they treat their customers then I am glad it was just the toilet we needed as the place and staff weren't worth the £1.60 I paid. I can also strongly advise that they are not neurodivergent friendly like their website so falsely claims.
