点评:Knole park is at least a,late medieval deer park, we are informed around 350 wild fallow deer. An SSSI site, ( site of special scientific interests ) rare fungi, insects, birds, all year round grounds to enjoy. The yellow meadow ant hills are often mistaken for mole activity and are amazing to behold. Its,about 1.000 acres of fairly rough terrain , although there's plenty of tarmac paths if rambling is not for you. ! Good place,to ride a pushbike, fly kites etc. Be careful on what routes you take as theres a golf course there as well. Best to take very comfy shoes, and drinks .. There is a cafe but may not be near your route. You can walk in free , but its Nat Trust entrance and cars pay a,fee. Knole estate own most of the park.. Don't feed the deer signs are plentiful , there is also a picnic area.
