Tullymore Golf Club的点评
点评：I always like to speak of the positive things in a review, though this particular resort was so disappointing based on my expectations after speaking with the booking agent prior to reserving this trip.
St. Ives golf course was an absolutely gorgeous resort style course and Tullymore was a bit more natural and up north vibe, both were wonderful to play and an in above average condition.
That being said, the programming for the Tullymore carts was quite confusing and a bit ridiculous with the cart boundaries. The cart would stop unusually far away from the greens and in strange places in the ruff. Sometimes the cart would not back out of those situations or move at all requiring and off starts of the key and forward and reverse modes. The boundaries were so uncommon and there was no way to tell when it was time to head back to the cart path. It was quite frustrating. The bag drop staff at Tullymore was not near his kind and helpful as at St.Ives. One gentleman was especially rude.
When I made the reservation to stay at Residence 4, the Dublin, at the Tullymore course, I was quite specific with my questions and expectations. I specifically mentioned needing especially nice beds and bedding and cleanliness. The place had four large bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The ground floor bedroom smelled the worst and horribly; like they’ve not been properly laundered in a long time. it was a challenge to sleep and even occupy the space because of this oddly stale smell.(the sheets and especially pillowcases). At least one out of two beds in every room was a disaster. Absolutely no cushioning, feeling the bedsprings that were sprung squeaky and oddly bouncy. One bed rear up from the head when setting on the foot of the mattress. (that person literally weighed 130 to 140 pounds. Therefore, the weight of the individual was not a factor) The sheets were rough and the towels were thin and well worn like sandpaper. There was absolutely no place to hang a towel in the ground floor bath and barely a place in any of the others. Not a hook, not a towel bar, nothing. In one bedroom there were decorative pillows on the bed that had horrible looking white stains and not from bleach. They were disgusting. One of the pillows in that room had a brown smear mark on it. The furniture was also pretty darn worn out, stained and the wood surfaces badly marred. The transition from carpet to hard floor surfaces in the door thresholds was so worn the tax strip beneath poked up and threw stabbing one of the guests feet. We had to watch out for that during
our stay.
The toilets held so little water the handle had to be held down the entire time it was flushing or flush twice. The ground floor half bath ran after every use until we got the float and handle tightened and adjusted. The walls had dry crumbly tape on them, above eye level, for no particular reason.. just stuck there.
There were more issues…gratefully the guests that I scheduled this trip for were exceptionally polite and kind despite the conditions. Regardless, I was embarrassed. I am used to scheduling trips that are above average.
Though the courses were in really nice condition, the resort accommodations are way below average. The booking agent misrepresented that those places are above average and in wonderful shape and clean because there are anything but acceptable.
Time to close down and totally renovate. A hooded sweatshirt was anywhere from $175-$225 in the pro shop. I would think you’ve made enough money that you could easily afford an across the board accommodation renovation. Get it together people.

马桶里的水很少，所以冲水时必须一直按住冲水按钮，不然就得冲两次才行。每次使用完后，一楼的半浴室总会漏水，直到我们把浮球和把手拧紧并调整好为止。墙面上，在视线高度以上的位置有一些干裂剥落的胶带，也没什么特别原因，就是粘在那里而已。
还有其他一些问题……所幸我这次行程所安排的客人们虽然面对这样的环境，依然表现得极其有礼貌且友善。不过我还是觉得很尴尬。我通常安排的行程质量都高于平均水平。

是时候关闭度假村并进行全面翻修了。在纪念品商店里，一件连帽卫衣的售价竟在175美元到225美元之间。我觉得你们赚的钱应该足够轻松完成全范围的住宿设施翻新工作。拜托，大家得好好整顿一下了。
