点评：Wednesday 17th June 2026, My husband and I then decided to go to visit Felbrigg Hall and Gardens at Felbrigg near Cromer under the care of the National Trust. We last visited here in 2007.
My husband and I decided to visit the house first. Felbrigg Hall was the home of the Wyndham family. The hall contains its original 18th Century furniture and one of the largest collections of Grand Tour paintings by a single artist. The rooms are rich and opulent and of great interest. There was also a wonderful library with a fine collection of leather and vellum bound books. We also watched an audio commentary on the history of the house. We spent three hours in the house and came out in need of refreshments.
We went to the ‘Tearoom’ and found a nice table inside out of the sunshine. My husband and I both had large slices of raspberry and pistachio cake, which was delicious and My husband had a nice chilled ‘Orange Crush’ drink and I had a chilled ‘Rhubarb Crush’ drink. We rested here for an hour and then we went round the gardens.
We strolled round these lovely 18th Century gardens and looked at the wonderful Orangery, where we sat amongst the hothouse flowers and soaked up the wonderful scenery. We then strolled through the woodland walk taking in all the beautiful trees and wildflowers. We then visited the Walled Garden, which has been restored over the past years and features a series of Potager gardens and a working dovecote. The flowers and herbs here were wonderful and the garden was a riot of colour. We took lots of photographs here. We left the gardens when they closed at four thirty.
This is a very nice place to visit if you are in the area.

我们沿着这些美丽的18世纪花园徐徐行走，欣赏着精致的橘园。我们坐在温室里的花丛中，尽情陶醉于周围的绝美景色。接着，我们又漫步在林间小径上，欣赏着各种美丽的树木与野花。最后，我们参观了经过多年修复的围墙花园，那里有一系列菜园以及一个仍在使用的鸽舍。这里的花卉和草本植物真是美不胜收，花园里色彩缤纷、生机盎然。我们在这里拍了很多照片。四点半花园闭园后，我们就离开了。
如果你在附近，这里绝对是一个值得一游的好地方。
