1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience for a family-focused event

点评：I attended the Winter Craft Fair today, which the museum clearly advertised as a kid-friendly event — they even suggested Santa might make an appearance. So you’d think they would actually accommodate families with children, right? Apparently not.
Despite the event being partly aimed at kids, they wouldn’t allow prams inside. I even offered to fold the pram and carry it upstairs myself just so I could still have it with me, and they still refused. I genuinely don’t understand what they were expecting from parents attending an event like this. If you promote something as suitable for children, basic accessibility for parents should be a given.
The whole situation felt poorly thought out and completely dismissive of the needs of families. Really disappointing, and it put a damper on what should have been a fun seasonal outing. I definitely won’t be returning for future events.
