Greenbank Garden的点评
点评：My husband and I visited Greenbank Cafe on Friday 1st May and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
The staff were unwelcoming and came across as rude. One person seemed unwilling to interact with customers and behaved in a dismissive way, as if they did not want to be there, while another was talking on the phone while serving, which felt unprofessional in a customer-facing environment. I also heard a member of staff swear loudly during my visit, which added to the negative impression.
On a positive note, the garden is absolutely beautiful — very relaxing and a lovely place to sit. However, the contrast with the staff’s attitude is striking, especially as in the past the service here has been friendly and attentive.
This situation should be addressed, and the staff should be reminded of basic customer service standards and professionalism.
