点评:Visited the Black Country Living Museum last week and it was everything and more what we hoped it would be. We stayed in the Travelodge which is adjacent to this museum so we could easily walk there. Arrived as it opened at 10am and by the time it closed at 5pm we had still not seen everything. As the pass we purchased then gave us free access for 12 months we decided to go back for a few hours the next day before heading for home. There are examples of how people lived from the late 1800’s up to the 1960’s ranging from a coal mine to a typical 1960’s home. Every single part you walk in to whether it be a shop or a home or a work place, a school or a church there is a person in costume to tell you a whole host of facts about that particular era in time. We cannot recommend this living museum highly enough both for its entertainment value and also as regards learning what life was like many many years ago
