点评：What a massive shame! We’ve been here multiple times during the day and were so excited for this special Christmas event. There were WAY too many people!!
The queues were insane, many of the food stands were missing items (hot chocolate not working, no beans for potatos, no pigs in blankets)… fish and chips was over an hour wait and when we got them they were dry and disappointing (not like usual). I’m a sad that I didn’t read the reviews from last year, and even more sad that clearly nothing has been done to improve the situation.
What an amazing opportunity to create a magical Christmas experience, massively wasted.
Hey management; try the following:
- Open earlier, spread out the crowds.
- Don’t sell so many tickets!!
- have entertainment near the fish and chips so people don’t stand aimlessly for over an hour.
- open a third chippy! (Or any other decent restaurant)
- have WAY more entertainment, don’t just put Christmas decorations in some of the houses.
- sort out that Christmas market, it was like a sad catboat sale - get some decent vendors in - they could make a fortune!

- 把圣诞市场整顿一下，它就像个可怜的游艇拍卖会 - 找些像样的商贩来 - 他们肯定能赚一大笔钱！
