点评：We came for the Breakfast with Santa experience. We visited last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return this year, but unfortunately we were left very disappointed.
The food consisted of lukewarm sausage baps and hash brown bites. While this was expected, as it was stated when we booked, last year there was a full breakfast, which made the experience feel much better value.
The Santa himself was also quite underwhelming compared to last year. Previously there was music, and Santa was much more fun and engaging. He interacted with the children, said their names, and really made them feel special. This year felt far more basic and lacked that magical atmosphere.
Additionally, the outdoor water and sand area cost £4.50 per child. Last year this was free due to it being winter and cold. Our 3-year-old son was desperate to go in, so we paid, but after just 5 minutes he was wet, cold, and wanted to leave — making it feel like a waste of money.
Overall, compared to last year, the experience felt like a big step down and we will not be returning next year.
