莎士比亚故居的点评
点评：Wow what a fantastic place, made magical by the staff.
Im 42 years young and FINALLY taking an interest in Shakespeare.
I brought my daughter to Stratford who is heavily into performing who also has a passion for English, Shakespeare and history (unlike me as a kid) and not only were the staff amazing but the performers Bethany and James were not only phenomenal in bringing the stories alive but they also included my daughter to perform with them (as it was a quiet sunday) as well as introducing me to a play id never heard of 'Much ado about nothing'. The way they performed as Beautrice and Benedict (over around a 10 minute fantastic performance) actually prompted me to buy the book in the gift shop so I can know more.
In the shop, We were then assisted very well by the staff in finding the right version of Romeo and Julie for my daughter, she went for No Fear, Shakespeare. But the staffs knowledge on all the variations of the one play was fantastic and very informative helping us choose the right book.
Being in Shakespeare's birthplace as an adult now really hit me emotionally in a way i couldn't really grasp as a child. The whole experience was just amazing.
