Bedford Cat Café的点评
点评：First time coming here and to a cat cafe in general and my opinions are mixed. The cats are of course the main attraction and they certainly didn’t disappoint, got lots of cuddles and learned about them all. The cafe is nicely presented and has a nice atmosphere but that’s where the positives end I’m afraid. The service and food quality are particularly poor. The waitresses were more interested in sitting around on their phone than taking or fulfilling orders. Leaving one guy behind the counter to do everything it seemed. Ordered a can of coke and after waiting 10 minutes had to go and chase it up as the girl who took payment went right back to her phone rather than serving the can or communicating this in any way. Would advise staying away from hot food. Low quality cheap food reheated or ovened to order. For a cat cafe definitely not the biggest sin but disappointing nonetheless.
