When I ask why do they offer them online if they are out of stock, they just stop talking. Probably there is a hanky-panky going on, or the company is just cheaping out and refuses to buy a proper inventory system or paying their staff properly. After this, I emailed them to send me a payment link, because probably I won't be home at delivery time, and leave my order at the reception. Employee asked for time, and to let him call me back. He said that order was cancelled. Confirmation email is nowhere. I asked what's the reason, he was referring to some mysterious IT cause, and he said he can't answer. They probably cancelled from their end, and trying to give me troubles. I can imagine anything after all the horrific experiences I have had with them, and after seeing that 'professional snitch' on Glass Door brags abut getting ahead by throwing people under the bus. Delivery is normally late, delivery ppl (most of them) are rude, the cooling in the cars prolly don't work properly, because my stuff is always wet, not cool when it comes.
