The Spa At Marine North Berwick的点评
点评：Myself and my Daughter recently had a spa day and we can honestly say we had the best experience.
Karen the Spa Manger, along with Sandra and the two young men could not have been more helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were advised that the hoist was in place did we wish to use it and Karen had also put the robes, towels in changing room prior to arrival. This for us was a team that forward plan and are organised for their guests arriving. Karen also bought us both a soft drink whilst we were soaking up the sun on the terrace and refused to take payment for this. The staff were so attentive and were always around to assist with my daughter who is a wheelchair user if I required assistance. It’s clear to see the Spa has good management ( Karen Findlay) and that the staff enjoy their jobs.
