点评：was very disappointed with our visit today! The staff on poolside are lovely and great with the children but the management especially the DM on shift today was a real let down.
Myself and my daughter were in the showers and 2 teenage boys were hassling us and calling over to my 9year old.
There were other boys vaping next to the lockers.
When I asked to speak with the manager about this he couldn’t have been less bothered, I asked why the changing rooms are not staffed and he said staff do pop in and out and didn’t see what my problem was, I explained how uncomfortable I felt and he just shrugged.
I appreciate they can’t keep eyes on everyone all the time but he didn’t even take my concern seriously and didn’t even offer to in and speak to the boys in question.
It’s a real let down especially as the rest of the team were great that the manager had to let the whole experience down.
I am also still shocked that carer tickets are so expensive
