点评：We really enjoyed our visit to this distillery. Marcus, the owner, told us in a lot of detail all about the history of the distillery and the process of making their gins, rum and Kerbon (their own version of American bourbon). We found it very interesting hearing about where they source all their ingredients, particularly the story about the plums. We were then offered a taste of one of their products, before being take over to meet 'Lulu' the copper still. Rob was very knowledgeable and very informative. Our tour finished in the bar where we were offered a free drink of our choice. We then stayed and ordered a few more drinks - I would recommend the pink gin fizz! We decided to purchase a few bottles to take home and we were given 10% discount because we had been on the tour.
