I can't compliment Tours of You enough. Not only did our agent, Hayal, meet every goal I gave to her with perfection to create the most amazing and fully customized tour of Turkey for us, a huge compliment as I am a picky traveler (well traveled and a former travel specialist), and she also became close to my heart due to it. I can't imagine how Hayal could have made our experiences in Turkey any better!
Hayal worked closely with me on the planning of each and every detail on our five base locations; flights, experiences, transportation, hotels, drivers and guides, with the smooth end result of combining it all to fit our dates, destinations and requests - one of which was not as common of a location for tourists. Our tour guides were as amazing as Hayal was too, with extra special compliments to Unsal, Rabia, and Serkan, as they enhanced our exploration and learning with their wisdom, language, knowledge and best of all, their lovely personalities. Even after many years of tour guiding, these guides were passionate full of excitement and facts about their country and it's history. They absolutely enhanced our experiences and enjoyment of Turkey.
On top of all this, Hayal kept in constant contact with necessary updates not only before we left home, but all during our stay, and even improved a flight last minute without us even asking for it. I felt like I had a personal secretary taking care of us! It was a delight to work with such a professional and passionate agent who obviously loves her job, her company, her guides, and her country. (We need her to coordinate our daily lives at home now!)
What an amazing trip we had thanks to Hayal, Tours of You (Oak Travel), and their highly vetted associates, hotels, transportation choices and our incredible guides. Together, they made us eager to return to Turkey for more!
