Great service and food with an amazing atmosphere

点评：My grandparents and I went here yesterday, with being greeted with a warm welcome and smile from the lady on the till called Michelle.
Michelle was very accommodating and said we can take a seat and be served at our table which was lovely we didn’t have to wait at in a queue and gave us time to look at the menu, Michelle was swift in coming to take our order, also helped my nan decided which dish to choose which is always nice to have some advice. Michele was very helpful and friendly with quick service.
I had a chicken panini which was cooked to perfection, with so much flavour, accompanied by a side of fresh salad and handful of crisps, which complemented the panini lovely. We didn’t wait long at all for the waitress to bring us our food. Which was accompanied by cutlery in napkin's and sauces in a jar. Which was lovely not having to ask for them. The beverage I chose an iced vanilla late, which was the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness, which was also a perfect size not to small or big, went down a treat. Halfway through our meal we was checked on from Michelle, to make sure everything was all okay. Of course it was delicious and no complaints by any of us, but lovely to know as paying customers we are still checked on throughout our experience.
My nan had a chocolate brownie for dessert, which looked delicious and fresh, definitely went down a treat.
Too pay you go to the till to clear the check, being greeted with lovely service from Michelle, ensuring our time there was as enjoyable as possible.
The atmosphere was lively with family’s and their children playing in the play area, but was an enjoyable atmosphere rather than being too loud. No trouble finding a seat either. We were able to have a conversation with ease!
Very much looking forward to seeing Michelle and the team again for another chicken panini! :)

我奶奶点了巧克力布朗尼作为甜点，看起来既美味又新鲜，肯定也很好吃。
结账时，Michelle热情地接待了我们，确保我们用餐体验尽可能愉快。
餐厅里气氛活跃，有很多家庭带着孩子在游乐区玩耍，但气氛很轻松愉快，不会太吵闹。找座位也很方便，我们可以轻松地聊天！
非常期待下次再来Michelle和她的团队，再吃一次鸡肉帕尼尼！:)
