点评:No, no, no, no, NO! The owner cheated me out of $54.47 after I paid in advance for Bush Airport to Houston Medical Center, Hilton Garden Inn. It cancelled my ride saying it could not find a driver. I have contacted the "company" THREE (3) times about a refund and gotten different stories each time; the last response was from "the Owner" who said the refund was on the way which was a lie. That was after I threatened to report Texas Shuttle to Houston licensing authorities. You are entering a crap shoot with this "company" when you book and pay in advance, a chance with your money and a chance you will be stuck awhile without a booked/promised ride. It does not have drivers as employees but, rather, looks for drivers with their own cars after you book, an unstable way to run a company, and does not refund your money when it cannot find one. There are so many better alternatives you can use, one being good old fashioned taxis, cost a little more but well worth it, and you pay when you arrive. Another would be UBER I suppose. Anyway, stay away from this lying owner and his "company". Don't you just hate a cheat.
