点评：Very bad experience with this company. I booked our transfer for 7 people plus extra luggage and it is for a 9:30 am pick up. It said on the reservation confirmation that we will have a big SUV to accommodate us. At 9:45 there’s no shuttle so I called and I was told that they don’t have a big SUV and if it’s ok to send 2 sedans. I told their dispatcher that we will not fit into 2 sedans. She told me that she will call me back. After 15 minutes she called me and said that they will have 2 SUV’s to pick us up. We waited and cannot find the driver. I called the driver and there’s only 1 SUV. I received a text saying that there’s a second SUV with the description of the car. That SUV came and I asked the driver if that is our pick up but he said it’s for a different passenger. Now it’s 10:15 and I received another text saying it’s another car again. It’s so annoying and a very bad experience. They are using uber without telling us. Don’t book with this company.
