点评：Our experience at George's Ski Hire was a real mix. Unfortunately, one staff member was very rude to our son, who has special needs. It was upsetting for our whole family and left my wife in tears. Something we wouldn't expect when you're trying to enjoy a day on the snow together.
That said, I have to give credit where it's due. Another staff member (I didn't catch her name) was absolutely wonderful after the incident. She comforted my wife, gave her a hug, and spent a good ten minutes consoling her. Her kindness genuinely meant a lot to us and is the reason this review isn't lower.
Management, please look into staff training around interacting with customers with special needs, and please pass on our thanks to the lovely woman who went out of her way to care for us. She's a real asset to your business.
