点评:We arranged a cycling holiday in Umbria for 5 days. While Eurobike have a good app their physical support is very poor and frankly unacceptable. The office is based in Pisa - almost 3 hours away. No one local to help. Not even a local bike shop. I really don't understand how they can offer a cycling holiday with bike rentals and no support at hand. I had a problem with my bike on day one and nothing could be done for 24 hours. I was refunded a nominal amount for 1 day but that is not the point - I was there to cycle with friends. There were a number of other issues including misinformation - a WhatsApp number - not working, the replacement bike had the mudguard pushed against the wheel - so clearly not checked in advance/skipping gears, overall poor quality bikes both standard and electric compared to other companies we have used in the past. Sadly we will not use them again and would recommend caution for anyone considering using their services.
