点评：Kostadin and the team provide a top quality service. The communication over email was prompt , clear and helpful before our ski trip. The service from the team was always friendly and efficient each day we visited the shop to collect our equipment.
They are well organized and quickly bring you your ski boots warm and dry and help you into them each and every day. The skis are poles are also ready for you to grab and go so you are able to make the quick dash to the gondola queue. There’s a short cut across the road from where you can ski down to the gondola so no need to walk far, and similarly the short cut can be accessed when returning from the ski down ski road.
Every afternoon they offered me refreshments ( alcoholic , teas, coffee or water ) and they know your name and make you feel like a personal friend.
I had to try several ski boots during the first few days to find a comfortable fit and it was not any inconvenience to the team. They really want you to enjoy your time.
We also booked ski lessons through them which worked out very well for our boys. The instructions of where to meet the instructor was clear and accurate.
I would have no hesitation to book with them again.
