Worst customer service ever - AVOID!!
Atlantic Flight Training Academy的点评
点评：Was given a €150 Gift Voucher for Flying Lesson with Atlantic Flight Training Academy by member of family. Put Gift Voucher in drawer and forgot about it as you do. Contacted Atlantic Flight Training Academy in 2025 and explained the circumstances. Full disclosure - Gift Voucher was well outside Expiry Date and I explained this to lady with whom I spoke on phone. Basically I asked if Atlantic Flight Training Academy would honour the Gift Voucher as gesture of goodwill, notwithstanding the fact that Gift Voucher was well outside Expiry Date - after all the Company had banked the €150, expired or not. Nice lady with whom I spoke helpfully explained that despite having banked the €150 , Atlantic Flight Training Academy had no legal obligation to honour the Gift Voucher and therefore would not be honouring same i.e. my Gift Voucher was therefore worthless. Outstanding customer service alright - AVOID!!
