点评：Some places are worth changing your plans for — and this spectacular seaside temple is certainly one of them!
Mum and I originally planned an early morning visit to beat the crowds, but as she was feeling unwell, we postponed until after lunch. And despite the busier atmosphere, it was absolutely worth it!
Perched dramatically along Busan’s rocky coastline, Haedong Yonggungsa offers a beautiful combination of Buddhist heritage, ocean views and cultural discoveries. There’s something special about exploring a place where nature and spirituality meet.
Our traveller tips: Entry is FREE! Arrive early for a quieter experience, or embrace the afternoon atmosphere as we did. Access by taxi, Uber or organised tour is convenient. Allow time to explore the surrounding shops and fascinating details, and be prepared for steps and some uneven pathways.
A gentle reminder that travel doesn’t always go to plan, but beautiful discoveries are still waiting when we arrive.
