点评：Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning.
I visited with a gift voucher and originally requested an 80-minute massage, but I was charged for a 110-minute treatment, meaning I ended up paying more than I had expected. On top of that, the session started late.
Unfortunately, the treatment itself was the worst part of the experience. I found the therapist's massage technique very poor, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier. The pressure used during the massage was far too strong for me, and despite my discomfort, it wasn't adjusted appropriately. I was left in pain for several days afterwards.
The reflexology was equally disappointing. The therapist had long nails which repeatedly poked into my feet throughout the treatment, making what was supposed to be relaxing extremely uncomfortable.
The "head massage" consisted mainly of scratching my dry scalp and tangling my long hair so badly that afterwards it was extremely difficult to comb out.
The atmosphere wasn't relaxing either. Staff were talking in the corridor outside, and I could hear their conversations clearly from the treatment/relaxation area.
The cherry on top came at the end, when I was given a sales pitch for an extremely expensive massage package. By the time I came downstairs, it had apparently already been communicated to reception as though I was going to purchase it, despite me never agreeing to do so. After such a disappointing treatment, being upsold a package was particularly inappropriate.
A spa treatment should leave you feeling relaxed and looked after. Unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed and in physical pain.

氛围也谈不上放松。工作人员在外面的走廊上聊天，我从护理/放松区能清晰地听到他们的对话。
最糟糕的是最后，我还被推销了一个价格极其昂贵的按摩套餐。等我下楼时……显然，尽管我从未同意购买，但这件事还是被提前告知了前台，就好像我肯定会买下它似的。在经历了如此令人失望的服务后，还试图向我推销套餐，实在是不妥至极。
一次水疗体验本应让人放松身心、倍感呵护。可惜的是，离开时我却感到不自在、失望不已，身体也疼痛难忍。
不用多说，我不会再光顾了。从头到尾都是一次糟糕透顶的体验。
