点评：As a holiday maker who has visited Westward Ho! Most years, Ive called the head office, spoke to the area manager about the aircon in the over 18s, it's been broken for 4+ years. I called every year asking why they haven't fixed it. I visited today, I walked into the hottest room in westward Ho! Aircon STILL not fixed and I walked straight out. This company doesn't give a dam about the customers or the staff who to work there. The only way they will take any notice is when its lossing money. Same bulbs not working in the same machines like last year. Save your money and save lossing your temper because of the extreme heat. The guy who owned the arcade before used to have new machines, and kept the older ones up together.

翻译：作为一名几乎每年都会去Westward Ho!度假的游客，我曾给总部打电话，还和区域经理谈过18岁以上人群专用区的空调问题——那个空调已经坏了4年多了。我每年都打电话询问为何迟迟不修理。今天我又去了那里，一走进Westward Ho!最热的那个房间，发现空调依旧没修好，于是我立刻离开了。这家公司根本不在乎顾客，也不在乎在那里工作的员工。只有当他们开始亏本时，才会引起重视吧。和去年一样，同样的灯泡在同样的机器上也无法使用。省点钱吧，也免得因为酷热而发脾气。以前经营这家游戏厅的人总会购置新机器，同时把旧机器也维护好。
