From the U.S, we booked in February 4 tickets for May. A few days before leaving the US, my husband had to have unexpected emergency surgery (retina spontaneously detached) and could not travel up in elevation or on a plane. The rest of us traveled; however, we were told at the gate that we would not be refunded for a ticket. We also could not find a nearby office in order to get a statement for our travel insurance company.
We subsequently tried every email address we could find online and/or on their website to get a statement stating the ticket was nonrefundable so that we could turn it into the travel insurance company. We attached our booking number, receipt, and physician's statement. We finally even wrote the statement for them so that they could cut and paste if they so desired. NOTHING! No acknowledgement, no reply, nothing. This would have taken them no more than 5 minutes to do but they could not even be bothered to even acknowledge our communication.
I do not recommend this company.
