点评：Unfortunately, our experience with this car rental company was disappointing.
Firstly, we felt that the rental was quite expensive considering the actual period we were allowed to use the vehicle. We collected the car at 12:00 PM on Friday, but were asked to return it on Saturday evening. When we questioned how this was reasonable given the price paid, we were told that the company needed additional time to clean and prepare the vehicle and therefore operated according to its own internal schedule. While we understand operational requirements, we felt that this should have been reflected more clearly and fairly in the rental terms.
In an effort to be cooperative, we returned the car to the company’s parking area on Saturday evening. As there was no staff member available to receive the vehicle or collect the keys, we kept the keys with us overnight. Unfortunately, due to a time-zone difference, our alarm was mistakenly set incorrectly, resulting in a delay of approximately one hour in returning the keys the following morning.
During that time, we received numerous phone calls and messages. When we arrived to return the keys, rather than being met with understanding, we were confronted in a manner that felt unnecessarily aggressive. The conversation quickly became argumentative, and we felt that we were being spoken to disrespectfully despite having made every effort to cooperate throughout the process.
We appreciate that businesses have procedures that must be followed, but professionalism and respectful communication are equally important. Based on our experience, we did not feel valued as customers and therefore cannot recommend this company.
