点评:We have just had the unfortunate experience of the Christmas lunch at this garden centre, I can honestly say it was the worst meal I have ever had apart from the time we had to wait for the meal the having to queue every time we wanted a drink or to let them know we was ready for our next course it was so badly organised and worst of all they ask you to pay upfront for a totally inedible meal. The roast potatoes where so hard where they had been reheated from the day before that one of our friends potato shot across the table as did the potatoes from the people on the next table, the turkey was cold the stuffing was as dry as bird seed and the veg tasteless… it’s clear to anyone who has know this place for years that the new owners only care about profit and have no care for customers… the few old staff that remain are run off their feet due to staff cuts the kitchen obviously have no idea and there’s no one managing the place and ensuring the quality of the food service and cleanliness.
The only thing I can see they’ve done well is to destroy what was a lovely garden centre restaurant 10 out of 10
