Mermaid Cove Marina Rv & Resort的点评
点评：We paid for a “premium site” and ended up with a spot by the rode overlooking construction. We couldn’t even see that there was a lake. They then move us to a “better” site where “people pay to live” and instead had a view of a different side of a large construction area, where they were also burning wood and debris throughout our stay. We did get to watch a man hosing down his vehicle to prevent the flying, burning debris from scorching his car.
We went down to the office (we finally found a lake) to set up our jet ski adventure according to what was advertised on the website, only to find there are no jet skis. We were offered a pontoon boat instead at a discounted rate, but when we called back to set this up, they told us it was no longer possible. We had to drive quite a distance to find jet ski rentals that were available. We left 2 days early just because it was a complete rip off, extremely frustrating and false advertising, and there was literally nothing to do for families near by. I would never recommend this place. It is a scam. I see why there is a 7 day cancellation policy because if anyone showed up and saw the situation they would not want to stay after all of the false promises of the website.
