点评：We went to the Santa experience here this year. We’re a family of 4. The whole thing was badly organised, no direction at all from the staff. We walked in, they asked our names and just walked away. The elves didn’t interact with the kids, they were just standing around. The way it was advertised looked and sounded very exciting, Mrs Claus was not around interacting with the kids, as advertised. Also the part advertised for the kids helping the sick reindeer in the hospital - a joke. I assumed the elves would be there to help and make it more magical. It was basically a stuffed reindeer left on the counter with a couple of vet toys beside him. There was zero effort made from the staff. The only one that was anyway helpful was Jack, and it looked like he was rushed off his feet. The build a bear, another joke. It’s literally a few bears in a basket in the corner of the souvenir/sweet shop, we walked in and were told to pick one and the girl behind the counter then came out and filled it up from a machine. Completely overpriced, it was 60 euro alone for our 2 kids to “build a bear”. It cost us 130 euro for the “Santa experience”. Very misleading advertising with the whole experience. Also it was over booked, too many families squashed into the 1 hour booking. We chose to go here for a magical experience, we went to our local shopping centre last year and it was much more magical, the elves there were amazing. Would not return again and would not recommend.
翻译：今年我们一家四口去了这家店体验圣诞老人活动。整个活动组织得一团糟，工作人员完全没有引导。我们进去后，他们问了我们的名字就走开了。精灵们根本不跟孩子们互动，只是站在那里。广告宣传的画面和描述都非常精彩，但圣诞奶奶并没有像广告里说的那样和孩子们互动。还有广告里说的孩子们可以去医院照顾生病的驯鹿——简直是个笑话。我以为会有精灵们帮忙，让活动更有魔力。结果就是一个毛绒驯鹿放在柜台上，旁边放着几个兽医玩具。工作人员一点都不尽心尽力。唯一一个稍微有点帮助的是杰克，但他看起来也忙得不可开交。“Build-A-Bear”也是个笑话。纪念品/糖果店角落里的小篮子里就放着几只泰迪熊，我们进去后被告知随便挑一只，然后柜台后面的女孩出来用机器把泰迪熊装满。价格贵得离谱，光是给两个孩子“定制泰迪熊”就花了60欧元。“圣诞老人体验”更是花了我们130欧元。整个体验的宣传完全是误导。而且预约爆满，一个小时的体验时间里挤了太多家庭。我们本来是想体验一下神奇的圣诞老人活动，结果去年去了家附近的购物中心，那里的圣诞老人活动比这神奇多了，那里的精灵们也棒极了。以后绝对不会再去，也不会推荐给别人。
