Great visit for an Oxford day trip.
牛津大学自然历史博物馆的点评
点评：Popped in during the morning as part of a day trip in Oxford. We have visited several times before but the collection is so vast that I see something new and interesting every time. The information boards are well curated and the atmosphere just feels inviting. Great hands on parts where you can interact with the information and touch items. We used the cafe. The choice was varied some exciting high quality sandwich/ pannis, lovely coffee and cake slices but very little standard food ie basic sandwich or snacks. This meant where we had planned on having lunch here we had a drink and a cake instead. As you would expect it was highly priced £4+ for a coffee and £5+ for a tray bake £8+ panini. Not all bad as we then found a street food distract which was amazing. We were prompted on the way in that no food or drink is allowed due to impact on the exhibitions and pests. I left the cafe with a juice carton and my hand sealing the hole on the top and was asked to dispose of it. I did but it seemed a little much as I was not drinking it. We hoped to also visit Pitt rivers but it did not open till 12. Due to parking limits we shall have to visit another time.
翻译：早上，我们作为牛津一日游的一部分顺道前来。我们之前来过几次，但馆内的藏品实在太多，每次都能发现一些新鲜有趣的东西。信息展板的内容也精心编排，整体氛围十分宜人。馆内还有许多可以亲身体验的互动环节，能让人近距离接触展品。我们还在咖啡馆用了餐，那里的选择很丰富，有不少美味又高品质的三明治和帕尼尼。咖啡和蛋糕很不错，但正餐类食物极少，比如基本的三明治或零食都找不到。因此，原本打算在这里吃午餐的我们，最终只喝了杯咖啡、吃了块蛋糕而已。价格也如预期般昂贵：一杯咖啡要4英镑以上，一盘烘焙食品要5英镑以上，一个帕尼尼则要8英镑以上。不过也不算太糟糕，因为我们后来发现附近有个街头食品摊，食物相当美味。进门时我们便被告知，出于对展览品及虫害控制的考虑，馆内禁止携带任何食物或饮料。我拿着装果汁的纸盒离开咖啡馆，一只手还捂着盒子顶部的破洞，随后被要求把盒子扔掉。我照做了，不过因为其实我没打算喝里面的果汁，觉得这样有点多此一举。我们原本还打算去皮特河博物馆参观，但那里要中午12点才开放。由于停车时间有限，我们只能改天再去了。
