Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark的点评
点评：I had such an awful experience. Thry need to do right by me, and all the guests still waiting for a clean bed to sleep in at 10 pm last night. There were many families stranded in the lobby.
I was there to celebrate my daughters birthday. We left at 10 pm, no clean bed to sleep in, with very upset kids! I planned this trip for months, making my hotel reservation in November.
I arrived early at 12:30 pm to utilize the waterpark. I never got a text for a clean room, even waited til 5 to not pressure the staff, since it did seem really busy there. I made many, many requests at the desk, had to wait in line for quite some time each time as well. I was even told I would be at the top of the priority list at 5:30 pm. Still no room at 10 pm, when we decided to leave. I then had to drive back home 2 hours. I didn't want to spend any more money on a hotel, and it was way too late to not have a room, an no answers when I would have one. We needed to go to bed!
There seemed to be no staff to clean rooms! Also, there was only 1 girl working at the front desk, and another behind the desk, when all these families were in the lobby. Camelback should have procedures in place to call in support! No, they decided to leave families, including many children, stranded in the lobby.

我中午12点半就到了，想去水上乐园玩。我一直没收到房间清洁的短信，甚至等到下午5点，为了不给工作人员施加压力（因为当时看起来真的很忙）。我在前台提了很多很多要求，每次都要排队等很久。下午5点半的时候，他们甚至告诉我我会排在优先名单的最前面。结果到了晚上10点，房间还是没准备好，我们只好离开。之后我不得不开车两个小时回家。我不想再花钱住酒店了，而且时间太晚了，居然还没找到房间，就算找到了也没人接。我们得赶紧睡觉！
好像根本没人打扫房间！而且，这么多家庭都挤在大厅里，前台却只有一个女孩，柜台后面也只有一个。Camelback酒店应该有相应的流程来呼叫支援！结果，他们竟然把包括很多孩子在内的家庭都丢在大厅里不管了。
