Our little secret (almost didn't share this one!)

点评：Our lWe had an absolutely wonderful time at Fly Beach Siracusa and I genuinely debated not writing this review — part of me wanted to keep it as our little secret! But it deserves to be known.
The food was fantastic from start to finish, and the staff were some of the friendliest we've come across. What really stood out was how they treated our kids — within a day or two the staff knew all their names and looked after them like they were part of the family. My kids felt completely at home there.
We even had a small incident where one of the children got stung by a bee, and the staff jumped into action giving him the full medical treatment with such warmth and care that he was smiling again in no time. That level of attention really says everything about how much this place cares about its guests.
We will absolutely be back!!!

从头到尾，这里的食物都棒极了。工作人员也极其友善，是他们当中最热情的一群人。最让我们感动的是他们对孩子们的照顾——才一两天时间，工作人员就记住了所有孩子的名字，还像对待自家孩子一样悉心照料他们。我的孩子们在那里感觉就像在家一样。
期间还发生了一件小插曲：有个孩子被蜜蜂蜇到了。工作人员立刻行动起来，以极大的热情与细心为他提供了全面的医疗处理，没过多久孩子就又露出了笑容。这种细致入微的关怀充分体现了这家场所对客人的用心与重视。
