Very disappointed - No tour
Clonakilty Blackpudding Visitor Centre的点评
点评：We were in Clonakilty at the weekend for my sister in laws roundy birthday. We had checked the visitors centre out on Tripadvisor and decided to go down and bring the kids and my mother and father in law who love Clonakilty pudding. We arrived at the desk and met the receptionist who was most unhelpful. She told us that tours didn't need to be booked and that it was walk ins but then proceeded to tell us that tours did need to be booked for a group our size. She advised that there were two tour guides available and I told her we would be happy to split the group in the two and do the tour and she said no as it was not enough staff. We asked could we come back and she advised that we couldn't without booking but we were only there that day and returning to Waterford the following day. We were left standing there and had no choice but to leave which was very embarrassing and disappointing as we were the only ones there and no-one else was doing a tour. We then rang the distillery for a tour who said they couldn't accommodate us but then said they could actually move things around and fit us in. By far superior customer service.
