Ripley Castle and Gardens的点评
点评：I received parking charge notices for both of my vehicles after visiting Ripley’s Castle Estate, despite having purchased valid tickets and leaving well within the paid time.
The only issue appears to be that I did not enter my full vehicle registration number when purchasing the tickets. However, payment was made in full for both vehicles, and I have retained the original tickets and proof of purchase.
I appealed both notices and provided all the required evidence, yet the appeals were rejected. The charges have now been passed to a debt collection agency, which is extremely concerning given that valid payment was made and there was no loss to the landowner.
Since January, I have attempted to contact Ripley’s Castle Estate on numerous occasions. I have left voicemail messages and sent emails but have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication is absolutely appalling. It is unacceptable that customers who have paid correctly are treated in this manner and then ignored when trying to resolve the issue.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has left a very negative impression.
