Bravelanders的点评
点评：We had visited Porto Santo previously and done a tour of the usual viewpoints and places of interest. This time we were looking for someone to show us the hidden and less often gems which the island has to offer, and this full day tour with Bravelanders offered exactly that. Our host Berna was born and bred on the island and proved to be a most interesting and informative guide. His trusty Land Rover enabled us to navigate the most rugged of tracks and therefore to get right off the beaten track.
As a result we saw some beautiful small bays, hidden beaches and rock pools, and Berna supplied a detailed explanation of the local geology and history. As we were the only couple on the tour he adapted the itinerary to what we were most interested in, and described how he explored the island in his childhood (his father was the lighthouse keeper until it became automated. He gave us recommendations on things to do, where to eat and when we come back in warmer weather we will be able to use our new found knowledge to explore further. Obrigado Berna!
We wills definitely book again with Bravelanders as they operate some great tours on Madeira.
