Broom house farm - no picnics
Broom House Farm Forest Adventure的点评
点评：You are not allowed to sit in the outdoor area with a picnic and can only buy food/drinks from the cafe. We got told we had to move and go to the picnic area which is no where near the play area therefore children aren’t able to play which isn’t fair at all. Other families could sit on the table if they got from the cafe and the children could run around with there cafe bought biscuit but my child had to removed from the area to eat my home biscuit!
For the picnic area, it is disgraceful, not very inviting, there was 4 tables in a small area basically in pen! And surprisingly no bins for the rubbish either. We stayed for 10 mins and asked for a refund and went else where.
It’s disgusting, I hope they meet every dietary need in the cafe and caters for everyone. You aren’t even able to eat a ‘snack’.
As if times aren’t already hard enough for parents to take children out and pay for days out and sometimes having a picnic is the only option, and places like this forces ‘no picnic’ its a joke and you basically have to go out the farm to eat your own food and not access the grounds while some people who are able to afford spending money in the cafe can eat and able to access the grounds at the same time.
Here is a suggestion: why don’t you create a picnic area on the large field away from the cafe where the children can still access the grounds and not being forced to leave the play area because they have a packed lunch.

We have been once before and its nice to be able to see some animals and use the play area for free, it was a flying visit and we bought from the cafe. we said we would return but this time we planned to stay for the full afternoon but after how we were treat and made to feel we left and will not return.

现在家长们带孩子出门、安排出游已经够艰难的了，有时候野餐简直是唯一的选择。像这样的场所简直就是“野餐禁区”——这简直是个笑话。基本上，游客必须离开农场才能吃自己带的食物，而且无法进入场地内部；而那些付得起咖啡馆消费费用的人则可以一边用餐，一边进入场地。
在此提个建议：为何不在远离咖啡馆的大片空地上设立一个野餐区呢？这样孩子们依然可以进入场地，而不必因为带了便当就不得不离开游乐区。虽然我们事先预订了森林探险项目，但由于发生的事情我们最终并未参与。我们之前来过一次，能免费观赏一些动物并使用游乐区确实挺不错的。那次只是短暂造访，我们还在咖啡馆买了些东西。我们原说会再来的，这次也打算待上一整个下午，但鉴于受到的待遇以及被对待的方式，我们决定离开，而且再也不会回来了。
